Infrasexum Porno Movie Waiver

Waiver2small Even defaced and torn, this 1969 porno film waiver finished a close second in my "coolest ephemera" contest. Submitted by T. Mike Childs, the waiver was apparently required to gain entry to the theater presentation of the 1969 porno, Infrasexum.
