The eBay seller of this one-of-a-kind, hand-painted oil pastel portrait commemorating Queen Elizabeth II80th birthday says, "I purchased this beautiful [portrait] by famed Canadian artist Eva Todasco. It is framed with acid free materials and has conservation glass. The photos do not do the portrait justice. It is magnificent. It is from my large collection of Royal memorabilia. I am downsizing my collection that has many one-of-kind items.
