A 1941 document from the document from the Coke bottling plant
in Asheville, NC, is up for bid on eBay.
According to the seller, "This is a historic document from the earlier days of Coca Cola Bottling companies. It came from an estate auction of a deceased Coke bottler. As you can see, the letterhead is original. It is from 1941 and is signed with an original signature of a Mr. R. L. Ellis."
The letter indicates that although Asheville had no "defense industry" business in the area was good.
