One Lock of Justin Bieber's hair
is up for bid on eBay.
Bieber's hair is enclosed in a signed, plexiglass box with a letter of authenticity signed by Ellen Digeneres.
The bidding is intense for this lock of hair. And it gave me an idea (this is a freebie for the Congress and the President) on how to retire the national debt: The average human head contains approximately 100,000 strands of hair, and Bieber's strand is currently selling for $12,000 (and will likely go higher). If we shaved him bald, we could raise $1.2 billion. We let it grow back and repeat and repeat until we are debt free!
