The summer of 1975 was probably the height of my slurpee binging. At 10 years of age, I probably consumed at least one 7-11 slurpee a week at the outlet on Dempster in Morton Grove, Illinois. Although, I never really enjoyed the drink; it was for the love of the cups that I quaffed that nasty concoction. However, unlike the seller of this lot of 7-11 Slurpee Marvel Character Cups
from 1975, I didn't save a single cup for future profit. And I distinctly remember drinking out of the Hulk cup, even though it was 35 years ago.
