The seller says, "It folds with a 5.3" by 3" leatherette covered booklet. IABS&OIW, or the International Association of Bridge, Structural, and Ornamental Iron Workers, 1928, Ed Haight from Rockford IL (there is a Haight St., and a park...but I doubt they'd be related)."
