Fantastic JFK Assassination Original LBJ Hand Signed Letter 12-23-63

Up for bid on eBay is this fantastic original LBJ hand-signed letter dated 12/23/63 in regard to the JFK assassintion. According to the seller, this orginal letter is signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson (1908-73) on White House letterhead. It was sent to his Texas friend TD Craddock, written just one month after the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

The letter says, "In the past weeks somber though they have been, the one heartening comfort has been the prayers and support given us by patriotic Americans from all walks of life. We, Lady Bird, Lynda, Lucy and I, are so grateful for our friends, those good and loyal friends, like you, who have been such a source of strength over the years..."

Up for bid on eBay is this hard to find old prison trade token once used for a $1.00 in trade at the Nevada State Prison (old inmate casino) once located in Carson City, Nevada.

The seller says, "These old prison tokens from Nevada are flat out tough to find today. Documented as being used in Carson City Nevada. I have many newspaper articles in my Nevada history archives, which show that these trade tokens were used at the old Bullpen Casino inside the Nevada State Prison. One article by John Gurzinski (Las Vegas Review Journal) documents that these tokens were called 'Brass' by the inmates, and were used from 1932-1967..."
