Up for bid on eBay is this vintage, authentic, originally signed Mary Pickford typewritten letter on her personal
letterhead stationery. Dated June 6, 1950, the one page letter is signed with a blue ink
fountain pen.
The seller says, "The letter thanks the recipient for an invitation to the movies (in part): Motion pictures have made great strides since 'Fauntleroy' was filmed but, even so, I have to admit when I saw it at the Museum a few weeks ago that it has stood the test of time better than I had expected...With affectionate good wishes, As ever, Mary."
