The seller says, "Trans-Love Energies Unlimited was founded in Detroit in 1967 by Leni and John Sinclair & artist Gary Grimshaw, who created the famed Grande Ballroom handbills and posters. Trans Love Energies, was like an umbrella, covering bands like the MC5 and others, light shows, underground newspapers and other groovy stuff and things. If you were around in those days, you know what I mean."
